- 1 Scoop PSN Just Strawberry Whey Protein (or Vanilla)
- 250ml Coconut Milk
- 1tablespoon uncooked rolled oats
- half cup frozen mixed berries
- half teaspoon vanilla extract
Place all the ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth.

Here is a great way to get your breakfast, coffee and dessert in on a Sunday morning.
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup Full Cream Milk
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 scoop PSN Chocolate whey protein powder
- Add ingredients in the order listed into a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
(If you are wanting to make this a special treat/cheat add a tablespoon of dark chocolate chips before blending)
